We act as an intermediary platform and do not manufacture, warehouse, or directly sell the parts listed on our platform.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of our Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• You intend to purchase the parts if acceptable quotes are received
• You understand that quotes are non-binding until an order is placed

5.2 Vendor Quotes

Quotes provided by vendors through our platform:

• Are estimates and may be subject to change
• May have expiration dates
• Are subject to vendor availability and terms
• Do not constitute a binding offer until accepted by both parties

5.3 Order Placement

When you place an order:

• You enter into a direct agreement with the vendor, not with All Electric Plus Inc.
• All terms, conditions, and warranties are between you and the vendor
• We are not a party to the transaction and assume no liability for the transaction
• Payment terms and conditions are set by the vendor

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by All Electric Plus Inc. and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALL ELECTRIC PLUS INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:
